Yoga Evolve™ Flow Class

You can use two blocks and a trigger point ball for this class.

Choose your level, make it easier by keeping your heels rested down throughout the class, and just focusing on letting the body relax on the exhale. Make it more challenging, by focusing on letting the body relax, yet maintain alignment on the exhale, make it more challenging, by keeping the alignment and the ribcage expanded for as long as you comfortably can throughout the exhale.

You can also add on further by adding small hand weights, however this is definitely a progression and should only be added once there is no neck, shoulder, hip or back pain or tightness.
