Secondly we will cover the Yoga Evolve™ exhale, this Two-Step Process, when used regularly with the SIP inhale, the s-hale is a very powerful tool for retraining the breathing muscles in to a much deeper resting place. This activation of the breathing muscles, will automatically enlist your core muscles to help support your spine, and create more core strength.

Thirdly, we will cover the 'Scoop Position', this is the essential of your standing position, learning how to engage your back and shoulder muscles correctly, can help to prevent, reduce and remove neck, shoulder and back pain, as well as injuries and pain to the extremities.

Fourthly, and lastly this video will examine the 'Three-Step Process', the most essential element of recalibrating your body to move with less effort is to teach it with this Three Step Process, how to release body tension. When learning the Three Step Process it is vital you do each step completely, before moving on to the next step. So on step one, the Sip Inhale, let the inhale end, BEFORE beginning step two, the hold and contract; completely release the tension while aiming to keep your ribcage expanded in step 3.

The better that you can maintain great alignment, with the least amount of effort, the sooner we can re-train tension and pain to not store in the body.

These three steps are the most vital part of the training, the more comfortable, and more focused you are with your breathing, the more benefit you will get from the online classes.
