Allouise is a mulit-method yoga, pilates & fitness instructor, trainer, speaker and creator of Yoga Evolve™ and the Owner of The Healthy Body Studio. An award-winning instructor, the 'Hello Body Happiness: Yoga Program' was created because of a need to improve the information being offered to those wishing you improve their health and their students, while empowering the transition to teaching.
Traditional Yoga is just now being realised for causing many injuries, from neck and shoulders, back and hip pain, to more serious conditions such as labral tears and blood clots with extreme poses and practise. After delving deeper realising that not just she, but many others were actually experiencing injury from the ‘health-provoking’ Yoga and Pilates and herself not finding any relief from back, neck or shoulder pain through the traditional Yoga or Pilates paths. Allouise began to question everything she had been taught as a Health Professional.
This search lead to eventually finding complete Body Happiness™, a term one can understand only through experience, but very similar to the lightness and vibrance we all experienced as children. Body Happiness™ was not something she ever experienced when she practised standard styles of Yoga and Pilates. The main aim of the 'Hello Body Happiness: Yoga Program' is to give you, firstly you the opportunity to experience vibrant energy, contentment, empowerment, that is Body Happiness™.
